Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Australia

Free express shipping on orders over $100.

Sent with Australia Post Express. Delivery is generally 1–3 business days depending on your state. Please allow an extra 1–2 days for regional and remote areas.

New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand from Sydney. Tracked delivery is $19 AUD, and free on orders of $200 AUD or more. Delivery is generally 5–10 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and you will receive tracking by email.

We cover any New Zealand import duties on your order. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless the store shows you New Zealand dollars at checkout.

International

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Delays

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are theirs rather than ours. If something appears lost or delayed, contact us and we'll trace it with the carrier on your behalf.
